How does the 15-day free trial work? Your account will be created on a shared system just for trial accounts. Once you pick a paid plan, we set up a system on a server just for you or your company. Because of this, we suggest that you don't put permanent content on your trial account since it is not transferrable to your paid account. Can I change plans at any time? Yes. You can simply click the account tab > upgrade subtab for information on changing your account. What web browsers work with Weblearning? Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 3+, Safari 4+,and Chrome 4+ are fully compatible. Mobile devices (like iPad, iPhone, and Android devices and tablets) are mostly compatible as well, but the system is not optimized for mobile devices. Got terms of service and privacy policies? Do I have to sign a long term contract? No. Weblearning is a pay-as-you-go service. Some plans are available only per-year, but most are available per-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again. What type of support is available? Each hosted plan includes online tech support as well as our extensive Help library. Your questions will usually be answered in one hour or less, never more than one business day. All Weblearning servers are hosted at LiquidWeb, which offers state-of-the-art hosting facilities, which are monitored via 24-hour surveillance. Your system will be on a server that is backed up both off-side and on-site daily. Network and system monitoring are performed continuously, and staff is on-site and ready to troubleshoot and fix any network, hardware, or software issue within minutes of it occuring. |
